The United Airlines JFK Terminal is a reliable center for travel, including a modern layout and a smooth check-in procedure. The terminal features a decent range of retail establishments and restaurants, however during peak hours, security lines can get very long. There are places to sit, however they can get busy. Though improvements in crowd control and signage could further enhance the passenger experience, the terminal is generally comfortable and well-organized.
