I had been curious about the indianapolis amtrak station before my travels, and using it firsthand was a pleasant surprise. The station feels welcoming, and the check-in process was smooth from start to finish. There’s plenty of space for travelers, and the restrooms were in great condition. I also liked how close it is to downtown attractions—perfect for killing time if your train is running late. The station staff made sure passengers had all the necessary updates, which kept everyone relaxed and informed.
