Hello there, My experience with the Qatar Airways Lusaka Office was generally good. I visited to ask about baggage and to clarify a few things about an international trip. The building was relatively easy to locate, and the office was tidy, quiet, and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was served after a brief wait. The woman who served me was patient with all my queries and gave me printed information for my reference. I also appreciated that they had current travel advisories and visa information — useful when you're preparing for a long journey. The only reason I'm awarding 4 stars rather than 5 is the waiting time. Although there weren't many people there, the line progressed somewhat slowly — perhaps because of meticulous customer requirements. Nevertheless, once served, things were fine. I liked their effort to go beyond by providing follow-up information via email. Overall, it was a good experience, and it's definitely worth visiting in person if you want clarity on anything Qatar Airways-related.
